MY ACCOUNT

To access the Services and APIs, you need to create a Lyko account via the page : https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/
account/register
. Then register by entering the requested personal information. After that, a verification email will be sent to you to validate your account. All you have to do is click on this link.  Your account is now created!

First of all, thank you for your registration! Regarding the registration email, it is possible that you received it in your spam or promotions tab if you use Gmail. If this is the case, don’t hesitate to add us to your contact list.  If not, we apologise for the inconvenience and invite you to contact us so that our technical team can resolve this problem. 

Don’t panic! If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on the “forgot password” link in the login area. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.  

Good to see you again! Regarding the password reset email, you may have received it in your spam or promotions tab if you use Gmail. If this is the case, please feel free to add us to your contact list. If not, we apologize for the inconvenience and invite you to contact us so that our technical team can resolve the issue.

ABOUT LYKO

As a young company in the mobility sector, our goal is to provide local authorities and companies with the most advanced technologies to simplify the development of intermodal and MaaS solutions. From route planning to timetable consultation, Lyko provides you with APIs that can be integrated in less than 5 minutes into any platform. Don’t worry about interoperability between transport service providers, Lyko does it for you!

Operating exclusively on a B2B basis, Lyko is primarily aimed at cities and players in the mobility and travel industry, to simplify the development of their own intelligent and intermodal mobility solutions (or MaaS). 

Our platform is available in French and English. From the dashboard, you just have to click on the “FR” or “EN” button on the top left of the home screen.

Lyko does not have any applications. As a technology provider, we provide our clients with all the functional bricks they need to facilitate the deployment of their intermodal mobility solutions. This is achieved through our APIs that can be integrated in less than 5 minutes into any platform (website, application, interactive terminals, etc.).

TO BEGIN

To recover an API key, first log in to your account at https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/
account/login
. Once on your dashboard, select your application, under the Lyko logo, on the left. Then go to the “Application” settings, on the left side menu. You will then find on the right the generated API keys with the possibility to generate a new one, by simply clicking on the “Add” button”.

To test our API, first log in to your account at : https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/
account/login
. Once on your dashboard, go to the “Search” tool, bottom left. All you have to do is launch a search! 

In the top left corner, under the Lyko logo, there is a black banner with a small arrow on the right. Click on the arrow and search for the name of your application. Once selected, you will switch to the dashboard corresponding to the chosen application.

MOBILITY SERVICES

You can find all our mobility services by clicking on the “Application” button located in the left sidebar.  You can also consult our mapping of mobility services by city by following this link: https://coverage.lyko.tech/

First log in to your account at : https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en

. Once on your dashboard, select your application, under the Lyko logo. Then go to the “application” settings on the left. You will find at the bottom the different mobility providers integrated to the Lyko API. To activate or deactivate an operator, you just have to click on the “modify” button, at the bottom right. Once you have finished, do not forget to click on the “save” button.

As soon as a mobility service is integrated by our developers, it is automatically made available to our customers. Then it is up to you to choose whether or not you want to activate this transport network in your application.

It is entirely possible to carry out an integration on demand. If this benefits all our customers, the integration cost will be fully covered by Lyko. If not, the integration will be at your expense. For more information, do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with our sales team.

ADMINISTRATORS

First, log in to your account at https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/
account/login
. Once on your dashboard, select your application, under the Lyko logo. Then go to the “Administrators” settings, in the menu on the left. To register a new administrator, just click on the “Add” button. Finally, fill in the email and the role of the new user, before validating.

Once you add an administrator, you are asked to enter their email address and define a role for them. The roles determine the access to the different pages that will be allowed to him/her on his/her dashboard. It is entirely possible to assign several roles to the same administrator.

Good news! The number of administrators you can register is unlimited.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

First of all, log in to your account at the following address: https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/

 Once you are on your dashboard, you just have to select “clients” in the left sidebar to see the list of your clients.

First, log in to your account at https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/account/login. Once in your dashboard, simply click on “bookings” in the left sidebar to view your customers’ bookings.

REQUESTS

Each subscription includes a number of requests. 

Namely: 

  • Lyko Free: 5,000 queries
  • Lyko Basic: 70,000 queries
  • Lyko Essential: 120,000 queries

Each time the number of queries is exceeded, an additional query is charged at €0.01/request. If you would like more information on this subject, please consult our general terms and conditions or contact our sales team.

To view the number of requests you have used, please log on to https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/
login
. Once on your home page, you will find a graph at the bottom of the page indicating the number of requests used.

Requests not used during the month are definitely lost. It is impossible to transfer them or to keep them for the next month.

No, our 4 offers are without commitment. You can therefore end your subscription at any time by closing your account. However, any month started is due. For more information, please consult our general terms and conditions of sale.

For the moment, the only possible payment method is by credit card.

Yes, you can! To change your offer, first log in to your account at the following address: https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/

. Once on your dashboard, select your application, under the Lyko logo in the left menu. Then go to the “Billing” settings on the left. All you have to do is click on the «Change offer » button. However, every month started is due. If necessary, do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with our sales team, to benefit from a personalized support.

If we find that you have not paid, you will automatically receive 3 reminder emails asking you to pay your fees. If the problem persists after the third e-mail and no transfer is made, your account will be automatically suspended. If necessary, we invite you to contact the sales team

Once on your dashboard, select your application, under the logo in the left-hand menu. Go to the « Billing » settings on the left, then find the billing history at the bottom of the page.

To change your billing information, first log in to your account at https://dashboard.lyko.tech/en/
account/login
. Once on the dashboard, go to the « Billing » settings on the left-hand menu. Once on this page, you will be able to change your bank details and your billing address. Finally, at the bottom of the page you can also access your billing history.
